    X-Skirt Instruction Manual is ready

Well, I have several really good suggestions from way2fractious that I SHOULD incorporate into the instructions, but dangit, I simply don't have time. Between work, throwing, sailing, at-home-rersponsibilities and summer vacations it'll be October before I find time to re-edit this thing. It's not hopeless, anyway. Several other readers have vetted it and have good comments, though I still would like to incorporate w2f's corrections. Anyway, in the interests of getting it out there, I hereby declare that

    FOR NOW

I'm done with the X-Skirt instructions. As per my promise to the mods this past Spring, I won't publish the URL here, so that we don't impact the sales of tartan skirts made by our supporting vendors too much. If the mods change their collective minds on this, let me know and I'll stick it up here.

For now, if you want to see/print the instructions, PM me and I'll pass them along. Mind you, the thing is 25 pages long and it's for a knife-pleated skirt (as opposed to the box-pleated X-Kilt) with a real waistband, velcro closures, optional belt loops and an overall casual presentation . If you make a skirt from these instructions, YOU GOTTA SHOW PICS.

    Nice looking kilt there Alan......
Inside me is a thin woman screaming to get out. But I can usually shut the b*tch up with chocolate!
