    XMarks Business cards?

Are there any XMarks Business card templates?

    How about something like:

    XMarksTheScot.Com
    A Kilted Online Community
A place to talk about Kilts, and much more.

I'm going to be (Utili)kilted at the Long Beach Blues Festival on Labor Day, and I figured it would be a good way to introduce interested people to the community.

This is a good idea. I know that i've pointed many to our home on the web in a similar manner. Hank, any ideas?

We used to have a section called "X Marks Propoganda." I will reinstate it if someone will be willing to come up with a few printable ideas. I really like the business card idea. Will some one make up some in a few different formats? (Word, and something Mac compatible, I can make a PDF) I will remake the propoganda page if someone will do that (make them look nice using Iolaus's idea above!).

I got one template from someone. I think DocHudson put it together. I am now thinking that it was not a good design as everybody asks me to explain the address to them.

This is the one with the big X and marks, the, scot, .com on seperate lines on the right. For the non-technical literate it is confusing.

Come up with another GOOD LOOKING and functional one and I will use it.

I have some stuff I played around with a while back for stickers. I'll see if I can dig it up and post it.

I've also thought about business cards. I made some up for CelticRadio to pass out at events...I'll play around with XMarks, too. I have nothing better to do once I get home from work later on.

Hank, do you have the logo above (the Saltire and Marksthescot.com) available without the gray area around it? If I try to save that image, it's got a gray box around it.

I looked at using that logo, too, but I'm afraid that someone who was not familiar with the site would not realize the Saltire was an "X" and would just type "marksthescot.com."

It's easy enough to change that background color, if you decide to use that logo.

I pulled that text off of the Avery template (2" x 3½" x 10) I already have made up, but I can't do attachments here. Do you have an email address I can send it to?

Oops , I just realized, I included "picture gallery" on the card. Oh well. I assume we WILL have one eventually?

....besides, I already printed up 50 cards.

I can see it now, when someone asks you what you do, you can pull out the card and watch their face. Love the idea!
