    Xmarks Callender

Its just a thought ?, it would be nice to have a kilted callender every year showing some of our members in their kilted finery, starting off with Hamish of course as Mr January--PIM as Mr Febuary ( if he has sobered up from new year that is) etc-etc. It would take someone with more commercial ability than me, I am afraid, to put it together. As I said its just a thought.

Ahhh - if you're going to suggest it, you're going to have to to help make it happen.

It would have to be more than just a "swimsuit" style.

The photos should show kilts in action or in famous places or in everyday situations - formal and informal. Otherwise it's just another fashion show.

Such a calendar would be easy enough to put together: pictures of kilted members in various places (with captions, of course), and major events marked for date (Games, etc.)- the sticking point would probably be expense and size of press run. Quality calendars would be relatively pricey on small press runs.

The Northern Arizona Celtic Heritage Society did that in 2005 and sold them to raise money. Full color pics.

Not sure why they didn't do it this year.

For things like that, cafepress is a great way to go. I made a one of a kind color tee-shirt for my wife for something like $12 once. Here's their page for calendars. Looks like they charge $14.99 USD a piece for them base price (individual sellers can charge more for them).
