Xmas shopping at the mall today

Stayed home on Black Friday except to go to barber. Spouse and 2 daughters went out into the fray, veterans and hard campaigners, all.

Update via smartphone:

Lots of compliments from elderly ladies. No surprise that most have Scottish accents.

Only silly question so far has been questioning where my accent is. My reply was " we're in Canada, everyone has an accent"

Go forth and spread the "coolness" who knows how many will come home from the mall tonight and search out "kilts" on the internet.

My final report on the mall:

Very positive.

Only once did anyone go near " the question" she asked "is it true what they say about men wearing kilts"

I respond "that we are the world's best lovers? Yes, absolutely true"

Lots of smiles, winks and even a some bottom lip biting from some very attractive women.

Teenage punks in the food court had some smart a$$ looks but given the backwards ball caps and exposed butt cracks, they don't get a vote.
