    Question Yer next kilt?

    The 10 questions thread has really been fun, I have one additional question that I would like to pose;
    What is your next kilt? Or what would you like it to be?
    Me, I'm setting my sights on an SWK 8 yard 16 oz. Blackwatch

    A 16 oz Galbraith Ancient wool knife pleated kilt. Hopefully ordered at the end of July. Hopefully made by a fellow X Marker.

    I'm halfway there to saving for it. I've manfactured and sold my my "Sgian don'ts" and a friend of mine is putting up some comics and things of mine on sale on ebay (did you know you can sell a single old Star Wars figure for $50 ).

    Now I just must resist the immediate gratification of a Stillwater Heavyweight or a UK Workman's. Must stay focused, must not look at SWK or UK website. Must not look at X Bay. Must not look at cool stuff at Campbell Scottish Games on the 17th. Must not....ARRRRRRGGGHHHHH! I'm not even officially jonsing, and I'm jonsing.

    Cheers

    "8 yard" Fraser Hunting. Not sure if I'll get a wool or a Semi-Traditional from USA kilts. Here in the South I imagine I'd wear the Semi-traditional more frequently but It would sure be nice to have a fully traditional kilt in the arsenal finally!

    My next kilt, hmmm. I still haven't decided. I really want a tank, but I have to save up longer for that. I want another USAK, shorter time to save up, but puts off the tank for even longer. Whatever I decide, I need to have it. One kilt is NOT enough!

    Xmarks 8 yarder. Fabric to arrive next month, but tailoring will have to wait until I lose another 28 pounds.

    It would be wonderful to add an 8 yard "maple leaf" tartan kilt to my wardrobe someday. But it won't be anytime soon though. My 8th traditional kilt is now under construction... more than enough for now and more than I ever imagined just a few years ago.

    My Xmarks tartan is with Kathy Lare awaiting its place in the lineup. After that I haven't decided.
