Yes!!!!!!!!!!
Mrs. Kiltman and I went for a lovely long walk near the painted rocks on the Little Spokane River this morning. On the way back home we stopped at Walmart to get some items. As we were walking out I hear a woman yell at the top of her lungs YES. Ah the power of the kilt even at Walmart, where I normally only get stares and smiles. Mrs. Kiltman comment a big smile and a possessive hand-grab.

Those comments are one of the many reasons I love the Kilt.

Er, she was actually looking at you, when she yelled? Not doubting you, you understand, just - Do people usually yell at you when you are kilted? Just curious if it is noisy around the Kiltman area.
