Many here have chosen to take the challenge of losing 10% of our body weight to feel better and look better in our kilts.

It starts here, it starts today!

The message is simple:
1-Eat Less
2-Exercise More
3-Drink Plenty of Water

Each of us has individual goals, but it certainly will help to have friends to share your ups and downs, and in the end membership will help us feel and fit better.

Start by entering your starting weight in the "My starting weight" thread below then update weekly or when you need to celebrate by adding the date and weigh in results. (optional of course)
