I really hope that you find someone to pass it on to. To my mind the enterprise is well worth supporting as it adds a refreshing new topic of interest to the website.
-
Yeah, the date is getting close and without someone to pass it on to, I won't be able to receive it. :(
-
If nobody jumps in to receive it next, I can take it for an event in August or September in Maryland or Pennsylvania.

That's good enough for me if it meets the requirements of the enterprise! I'll confirm with WARPIPER for the spot in the proceedings. Do I PM Steve with my address then?

It will most likely be the Celtic Classic in PA on September 27-29, 2019. I expect we will go on the Saturday.

I was under the impression that we had arranged that I would take the quaich to the Victoria Highland Games and that Macman would pick it up from me there.
It is in a box and I am packed and off to the games.

imbrius,
I sent you my shipping address in an IM.

Ah, alright then. I missed that discussion. Thanks for clarifying!

I think I missed that discussion as well! Steve and I will sort it out:).

I think I missed that too.
But, after signing the first log of The Quaich’s travels, I was pleased to be able to sign the log at the commencement of it’s second world jaunt, and hope that its travels coincide with my time at home this year. If so (and we have some advance notice) we will try our best to introduce it to four thousand+ years of Central Highland history, including our nearby Balnuaran of Clava, Craig Phadraig, Culloden Muir and battlefield, Cawdor Castle, the Black Isle, Moy Hall, some very fine pubs, a distillery or two (local and farther afield), views over Loch Ness and the Moray Firth, the Field Sports Fair at Moy, and :D [within reason] our daily lives. If we can properly connect with JockScot, we will also be with him for at least some of his Quaich adventures in Lochaber, I am sure.
