So it is not required. A nice suit would work just fine. Although this would be a good place to start wearing a kilt. A lot of people will be wearing one and he won't feel so uncomfortable.

I think that would be a great time to rent a kilt for my husband... Ok, now I'm even more excited!!

I just got an e-mail from the Association and they said it will be April 10th. I hope I can find a nice kilt jacket by then. I would like for some more of you to comment on the Tartan Ball as a Kilt Night. See if we can get some others to come.

For me, I am pretty sure I will be there. So set aside April 10th everyone! And we can still do a dinner night, as suggested by others.

Let me check with my Bride and see what's going on in April. We have been making do on my income so we're rather limited on fun funds.

I know it can be expensive. Like I said, we can do a simple dinner at a local restaurant.

Let's set a date for a kilt night in February. How about February 19.

I think we need to get a city and restaurant set first. Then set a date.

My thoughts were that if we committed to a date that the rest of the details would follow.

I think they can be a little expensive. I was thinking they were 20-30 a person. But it could be more. Not really sure. I will tell you the information as I get it.
