I'll be there, helping with Mackintosh (CMNA) and Clan Chattan USA.

Looks like you and ThistleDown at Moy. Such a great time at the field sports fair there when I went in 2015. I'm looking forward to <maybe> 2021 or <more likely> 2022.

I think there is a chance that the big Pleasanton Scottish Highland Games may happen. Fingers crossed.

Thank you ThistleDown for sharing this sad news. I only met him once, at a Clan Chattan Association gathering in 2015. I had the honor (and nervousness) of being seated next to him. He was very...

I bought this kilt in the family tartan, Mackintosh red, 2 years ago. I've worn it to holiday tea, the Pleasanton, Woodland, and Scottish games, and to a couple of work Holiday parties. So very...

While I can't identify it, the tartan looks like "Mardi Gras" to me! Purple, green, and gold, with a blue base to balance it out.

Love this one! I'll be there both days at the Clan Mackintosh / Clan Chattan tent. And out and about. Had a nice chat with OC Richard last year.

Glendronach 12 is the current dram.

Thank you for being a great part of the kilting world. Your presence and guidance is appreciated.

I see the pictures too! Looks like a great time, even if driving in the snow was on part of the expected plan!

I'm a "maybe" this year due to a family commitment in SF in the early afternoon. Not sure I can work both in with travel and possible weather. If I'm there, say "hi". I'll be in a Mackintosh red kilt...

I sold one kilt here a while back. i packed it in a flat box, folded in thirds, then in half top to bottom, but it in a bag, then the box before sealing it. It was acrylic, so it was fairly light...

Here are a couple of photos from the event. The piper played four tunes, champagne was passed around and a good time was had. Positive comments on wearing the kilt, even though some thought I might...

This is the ultimate low-key Hogmanay in Oakland, California. :scotland:
I'll be there kilted, arriving around 2:30pm. Let me know if you are interested and we can plan a meet-up. But even if you...

I saw a couple of preview trailers of the movie and it's really so amazing what he and his team have done. Much more than just colorized. They have adjusted the frame rates and really make it...
