Made these a while back when I sewed my first kilt and never wore them (use woven garters). One set of elastics and two sets of flashes, one set to the green stripe and the other to the brown/purple....

I had an identical jacket and waistcoat made through Tartan Web about 12 years ago for my daughter's wedding. I don't think they're in business anymore (and I think they shopped the work out anyway)...

You should have your glasses prescription checked by your eye doctor. I feel great. Without the constant interruptions as in previous years, I finished that kilt during Kamp and started another one...

Thanks you. I know they did the first weaving but I just heard their double width looms were down and they weren't weaving any double width material.

Does anyone know who the weaver is for this run?

With focus, it is absolutely possible to finish a kilt during Kamp. The first kilt I made four years ago (Isle of Skye) was all completed with the exception of the lining. I wore it anyway and...

What can I say, I'm a morning person ...

This has been a long week so far and I'll be the first to admit I've never been the sharpest tool in the shed but when I look at the photos in post #10 I calculate the warpwise sett at 20.7 cm not...
