    Middle TN Scots

    As an avid history nut I have noticed lots of the folks who settled in Middle Tennessee and Fort Nashboro area in 1779 were Scots. Robertson, Henderson, Donelson etc.

    Just traced my ancestry to another Scottish line, Capt. David Gregg left Scotland for Ulster or was born in Ulster, his father was David MacGregor of Glen Ayreshire Scotland, he was born around 1600....
