Come on out to Saline! A beautiful park with one of the best festivals around. Make sure you stop and say hello to the Heavy Athletes. We've got some of the best competing from the midwest.

First off, I have to say again that I still think Rocky's 5 yard wool kilts are the best kilts you'll find for quality, fit, service and value. If you've ever thought, "Should I...", the answer is...

Hey all,
A friend of mine is about to retire after decades of service in public health. She's a big fan of men in kilts. A collegue of mine and I were scheduled for a meeting with her, so we...

How I rate Rocky's 5 yard wool? In a word...AWESOME!

Rocky--I really have open options here: Irish Tartans: Sligo, Mayo, Derry, Roscommon all have family links. Districts etc: Perth, Ayrshire, Loch Lomond, Skye--again, family history in all of...

I've decided that I've been a VERY good boy this year. I've competed well in heavy athletics, ate my veggies, obeyed she who must be obeyed etc.. Ergo, I shall treat myself to a new kilt.
Because...

Yes they have a number of clan tents there. They also have one of the largest Heavy Athletics events in the tri-state area. Beautiful park as well.

Those of us who have grown up in and around the Michigan and Ohio border, Detroit and Lake Erie can't but help to know of this war and the impact of the battles fought here on our history. We're...

I stand corrected sir. You summed up VERY well the form and attitude of the rabble I'm lucky enough to throw heavy things with.
The kilt held up better than I did that day :) I'm actually...

Kat, the photographer, is a flame-haired artist who REALLY knows our sport. She takes great pictures.

Alan,
I appreciate your drive to improve, but also remember just how lucky we are to do this sport. A beautiful day...a beautiful place and you got to hitch up the kilt and throw heavy things for...

Rocky came through for me with this 5 yard Bruce this winter and now I finally got a chance to put it to use outside of gentlemanly activities. Best kilt I've ever thrown in! Rocky---you ROCK!
