It is a thing of beauty. Do you use a 'Dremel' or some such and how long does it take? Also how much does the finished item weigh and how do you attach the pin?

Questions, questions, questions - I know and I am sorry. One last - Do you think that you could do a Clan Crest Badge?

Yes Chas, I drew the design on the computer using Photo Shop then transferred it onto the prepared elk bud. After that I used my Dremel. I'm not certain of the finished weight, several ounces anyway. I used a drill and epoxy to attach the legs of the pin. Finally, I am planning to try an XMTS badge next. When it's done I'll post a pic.
