Old kilt, new for me.
So earlier I had some questions regarding sizing of on old regimental kilt. I own a black watch kilt that's an older regimental kilt and I saw this one and fell for it, the new one is only an inch smaller so I can make it work and for the price of $75, we'll I couldn't resist.

I’m still rather new to the world of kilts, is regimental army surplus? Black watch isn’t a tartan I’d wear for multiple reasons but I’m still curious

Nice find! Does it have a label inside? I'd be curious to see the maker and pattern. I notice that it has a black band at the waist, with the addition of buttons for braces.
