    Autumn kilt nights

Now that Summer is over and all summer kilt events such as weddings, highland games, hiking and wearing the kilt on a nice and warm summer night down at the pub, are behind us, where does the kiltie in Scotland go?

Two Scotland games are due within the next 2 weeks, one at Hampden park in Glasgow and the other in the Czech Republic, opportunity here for wearing your kilt but it will be a long time to Hogmanay and Burns Night.

So I will have to be inventive in the coming months as kilt withdrawal can be quite a serious affliction

Yes indeed, kilts are for everyday wear.

HAMISH!! You're back on the regular forum! Good to see that, man!

So- yes, Hamish is wise. To Hamish you should listen. I see no reason not to wear my kilt whenever I darn well feel like it.

I fifth the EDW (Every Day Wearing) of kilts, especially if you expect withdrawal symptoms. Living in Scotland, you only need to go to a nearby pub. Heck, you could go to the 4 closest pubs in your area per month (one different pub per week).
