A few photos from the Reno Celtic Festival

I had the pleasure of attending the 2019 Reno Celtic Festival a couple weeks ago and thought I'd share a few photos of the event.

Getting there was a little challenging as it was snowing up at Donner Pass!

The Games themselves were a little more pleasant

I was performing with the Red Thistle Dancers

The problem may be at my end, Jamie, but I can't see any of the pix.

2019 Reno Celtic Festival Photos - Continued

Group shot of the Red Thistle Dancers performing at this event

A delightful hornpipe from another group of dancers led by instructor Ron Wallace

Our friends in the Dunsmuir Dancers were also performing

After our performances I changed out of my dance costume and into something more appropriate

The snow on the way up was nothing compared to the storm on the way back!

    A Winter Wonderland....in MAY!!!!!

All in all it was a fun event and and an interesting little adventure

    Cheers

I see the pictures too! Looks like a great time, even if driving in the snow was on part of the expected plan!

Thank you for posting, I missed my own home town event. But I will be there next year convening the Clan Douglas tent.
