With my sister at Flagstaff Highland Games

A friend of my sister was taking video of the Northern Arizona Highland Celtic Festival on July 20-21, and she captured this photo of us enjoying the Games on Sunday morning. (Yes, I played hooky from church.)



In another thread I posted a pic of XMarker grizzbass, who was photographing the athletic events under the blazing sun both days.

Later in the day it was my joy to celebrate Holy Communion with my mother at her assisted living apartment.

As more than two were gathered, and surely another's thoughts were also on higher things, perhaps you weren't as truant as one might be.
And what a sweetness to be able to join your mother in such celebration.
