    I believe that this is the Tartan of the Canadian benevolent group the 78th Fraser Highlanders.

    As Steve says, it's the version of the Fraser tartan worn by the 78th Fraser Highlanders re-enactor group. Their choice of this tartan based on the assumption that is was worn by the 78th of the FIW era (see here) is historically flawed in my opinion.

    They were everpresent at Expo 67 marching in formation all over the site and garrisoned at the St. Helen's Island Martello Tower.
    Those ancient U Nialls from Donegal were a randy bunch.
