xmarks wallpaper?

ok i dont thank this has come up yet so here it goes

i was sitting here being board and it dawned on me why dont i make a xmarks wallpaper and i would like your input on the idea and please give me some ideas also

I like the idea. How about an image of the tartan (perhaps a scan of the material, if not I'm thinking a gif or something). But I'm thinking maybe 3-6 repeats of the sett across the width. Then go with the Xmarks clan crest large and centered.

i like that idea. would anyone be able to scan the tartan for me i dont have the kilt i think i could work something with that

If you want, you can right click on the background image showing the tartan, the select to download it, or open background image then repeat and select to download it, then save it and go into your desktop properties and select the image downloaded, then select tile to make it repeat across the desktop. These directions should work for Windows PC's. Not sure about Macs.

That would work, KCW. But I'm thinking for this wallpaper design, a larger repeat would be nice, if possible.

ya true i could do that and it is easy but but as said before a larger image than the website background would be nice and i can do some of my photo tricks and make it look like fabric

I think i might get into this next week after my flat is done. Would get cool results with camera, snow, kilts, sunrise...
