oh boy....I see a WHOLE lot of new stuff coming in the future ( I used my tartan ball for that....the crystal one is busted!)

It's nice to be a grown-up among talented grown-ups who can cast their own pins. That toy soldier casting set takes me back to my childhood when they were in all of the toy catalogs and every kid in the neighborhood wanted to get one. You could just imagine the roar of parents shouting, "Absolutely not! Do you want to burn the house down? If you miss with that hot lead, you'll be maimed for life...didn't you see 'Johnny Tremaine' on Walt Disney? Why don't you just go play with Pla-Dough?"

....sigh...

If'n I remember correctly, Johnny is apprenticed to a silversmith and makes a slight pouring error with molten metal resulting in a maimed hand...no OHSHA or child labor laws back then....ewwwhhh!
