    Gave up on you guys, looked it up myself. Stan is Ollie's cousin visiting from Scotland and, of course, is wearing a kilt. The movie is Putting Pants on Philip. It has all the cliches, the women think he is sexy in a kilt. It's before the censor laws of the 30s/40s so the risque humour of it is still good today.
