Thank you and a happy new year to you.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

Well, since I'm a neo Druid and celebrate Samhain as my new year, I will wish you a Happy Hogmanay! Thank you very much. I hope your new year is blessed as well.

For me the year has already turned - I think this ridge the house is on must be one of those ley lines - or something - there is a real charge in the air.

It is so lively that when I take the Christmas trees outside after Twelfth Night, they try to grow. Conifers can't grow new roots, so they are doomed really, but no - come March they are bursting buds. Nump-trees.

It is 4 am and I can't sleep yet. It's not usually so bad so soon after the longest night.

Ah well, whenever you celebrate and however, may the New Year bring you all that you need, most of what you want, less to disturb you and more to delight in.

Including kilts, and flashes and hose and belts and sporrans and plaids and headgear, footwear, knitwear, and all the wardrobes you are going to need.

Maybe there should be flat pack assembly advice on the forum, and classes at kilt camp.

Wishing all of you the best in the coming new year.

If you look back over the past remember only the things you accomplished, not what you failed to do.
If your looking forward, accomplish the things you failed to do in the past.
