I highly recommend Craig Smiths site. It's full of videos which have more detail than a lot of what you find on YouTube. You can learn a lot from watching the Pros.

Thanks Alan. No time to go there today, but videos of the pros help. Of course, one problem I had is that I didn't know what I was looking for.
If anyone gets the opportunity to talk with a track and field guy (or coach, even better) they can break down the videos for you.
