    Celtic Woman on TV

Celtic Woman holiday special is on PBS-TV. In Phoenix it's at 7pm on HD channel 8.1 this evening. It will be repeated.

Celtic Woman is the female (and original) counterpart to Celtic Thunder by the same producer.

Not to get picky, but David Downes is the fella who pulled Celtic Woman together. To my knowledge, he's not affiliated with Celtic Thunder, though he did also produce The High Kings (who are also very talented).

Though, Celtic Woman did definitely come before either Celtic Thunder or The High Kings.

I believe that you are correct. Somehow I thought that Sharon Browne was the connection. See what happens when you think!

Oh, did a cursory search and it seems Sharon Browne *is* a connection between the two. I've just never heard her name mentioned with them before. It seems she worked with celtic woman and celticthunder, where as David Downes worked with Celtic Woman and The High Kings. We're both right

    My apologies.

We're reconciled -- it's good to know that there is a connection. I was really going by hearsay. Thanks.
