Pretty much ditto to all of this. It's a good look with a minor tweak or two.

All right, I got out my Buzz Kidder kakhi and tried it on with my corduroy kilt jacket. I kind of like them together. I put on the waistcoat for that jacket, and though it fit fine, it just doesn't seem quite right to wear the waistcoat. I think with the right tie, or even an open collar, the jacket and BZK go together fine.
Now if the kilt were made of the same corduroy, and the fell sewn down a couple of inches further, I think it would be, as Panache says, "the cat's pajamas."
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
