FS: 17BR, Bay View, w/Tree House - Wick, Scotland

For a mere $8.2M, the 1476 Ackergill Tower can be yours (or ours if we all chip in), 12,000 square feet of living space to accommodate the next XMTS gathering.

I've just worked it out. If every active member chipped in it would be only $3277 each. What a bargain!

Looks like and entirely suitable "Hall of Moderators". So if the rest of you will all kick in $3277 we'll move there.
