You did note the emoticon accompanying that note? Bob will attest that when I'm not shopping myself, I'm finding things for him to buy LOL And this kilting thing has opened up a whole new universe, as many others here have discovered. . .

Beautiful palate, Rex. You are worthy of exuding pride in this accomplishment. Now just don't let it sit idle for too long, as it deserves to be sewn up into an even more lovely work of art.

That is a truly lovely tartan, sir. Kudos to you on your devotion and design. I look forward to seeing the kilt...and to hearing more about this "group order" that someone mentioned!

That is lovely! I'm already thinking about the pleating possibilities...if you do it to the double yellow stripe, it will open up to the deep blue/violet. If you do it to the white stripe, it will flash a sunny yellow.

    Enjoy!

    Be well,

    Star

    Rex,

That is one gorgeous tartan. I can see that I must keep getting myself ready (lose weight and save money) for a Heatherfield kilt.

I have my goal, now I got to get there!!!

    Cheers,

    Marshal Moroni

I really like the combination of rich, deep colors and warm earth tones. That's an extremely handsome tartan.
