    Bonnie Charlie's clothes

    Hi everyone:
This is my first post in this forum and firstly I'd like to say hello to all the members.
I'm a miniature sculptor and now I'm making a figure of Bonnie Prince Charlie, but I have a little doubt: could somebody tell me what is he wearing on the left shoulder. I promise to show you the figure when finished.
    Thanks everybody.

I guess that this would best go in the Historical Hightland Attire thread, no?

Check out this thread on wearing the "Great Kilt". You will want to see the back and around the waist as to how the plaid is being rolled up and pulled around the body.

Here's a few great examples of how it's being worn in the painting

Ok with it, but in this case: What's the thing which he carries in the right shoulder,

I'm sorry but I have no better image to show, but you can see that over the swords belt seems to be something that looks like the plaid with a brooch, and this is that confused me.
Thanks to all, and please, accept my apologies for mixing the forums, but I thoght that he was wearing some tipe of ornament in the shoulder
    Regards
    Angel

I don't know if they have it on DVD or not, but if you still have a VCR you may be in luck. If not, here is a clip for you set to the music of Loreena MacKennitt: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjWEPIDnsOk
This film has yet to be released on dvd, but you can find it on vhs over at Amazon:
