There we no changes made to the forum in quite some time now Ted.
    Definitely nothing intentional.
It is possible that the difference you are seeing was done when the site underwent a major overhaul a few months ago.
I'm sorry that this has caused you concern.

I was able to log in but not able to access any level of the forum other than a page stating I did not have "rights" to access any other pages, either because my registration (now more than 2 years old) was not yet processed or had been restricted by the site administrator. That was Saturday evening until Monday afternoon. When I returned and posted my signature was all in script rather than colored lettering. All better now, except my signature----see below.

    Now that's wierd ForresterModern,
I just checked your signature in your public profile and it looks perfect. When displayed as a post is shows up as script.

The only thing I can think to do is edit your signature. Take out the script and re-enter it. Then re-save.

I've never seen that one before and would not have thought it possible.

Other than the fact that I still can't access my profile from the home page (I receive the "Oops this link appears to be broken" message) everything else appears to be fine.

I have the same problem. It's only from the home page and it happens in IE8 and in Firefox. The url it tries to send me to is http://www.xmarksthescot.com/member.php?u=4151 but when I click on my name on any other page it works fine, sending me to http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/members/robthehiker/

    Hi Steve,

this is a first for me, so I thought I'd mention it.
One of the threads I'm subscribed to (in this case the "Vintage Photos") had a new posting overnight/earlier today, and I never received the usual email notice.

No biggie really, but thought I'd mention it just in case its a problem starting to develop that can be headed off

    Thanks.
