You may be starting something here, Steve. There are many of us out here with o-o-p books well beyond a copyright date who might be amenable to a credited posting. The cost of producing an electronic version could be the individual's, if you would be interested in a place on XMTS. Perhaps a condition would be an XMTS watermark.
Perhaps a subject for late-night discussion this weekend?

Gentlemen,
I've sent eMailed a copy to those who have PM'd me but I won't send any more as Steve has kindly offered to make it more user friendly. Some of the eMails have bounced - so if you did not receive it it may be something to do with your email provider.
