    Kirkin' service in Montreat, NC

    The annual Kirkin' o' the Tartans service will be held in Anderson Auditorium in Montreat this Sunday, May 30, at 10:30 AM. There are usually about 100 banners and banner-carriers in attendance, so it is quite the spectacle.

    I have attended this service a couple of times, and it's worth the drive.
    Once Billy Graham preached for it. The auditorium was filled to capacity with many folks standing around the edges.
