Excellent service from Keltoi!

Earlier this year I lost about 30 pounds and several inches. So much in fact that my Elliot kilt made for my by Geoffrey (Tailor) two years ago was sliding off my hips. This was a minor dissaster for me since I'm the Clan Elliot Commissioner for Virginia and need to wear this kilt when I represent the Clan.

I briefly considered the option of selling the kilt and getting a new one, but I really like this kilt and wanted to keep it if possible.

I contacted John and he said he could adjust it so that it would fit once again. Off it went in the mail.

John did exactly as promised and I received the adjusted kilt last week. I immediately tried it on and it fit like a glove. Not only that but he got it back well in advance of when I absolutely need it next month.

Now all I need to do is save up my pennies so I can purchase a brand new kilt from John in the future.

It is a well known statement in the retail world. If you upset one customer, they will tell ten people, however, you have to help ten customers to get one compliment.

They must be doing good work. I am always trying to figure out where my next kilt is coming from. Thanks for the heads up.

John does excellent work. Read my review in this forum to see pics of my son and my kilts. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, and one of the best kilts out there. Also, my son is the handsomest person to ever wear a kilt, so the pictures alone are worth seeing.
