My mistake! I mistook the creases for horizontal lines.

Even better. If it's officially issued to them, then it definitively settles the issue of whether there's a rule against contrasting flashes.

I wear different coloured flashes with diced hose quite frequently:

No rule mate-actually, to contrast looks much more interesting.
