    Both yes and no. It is my second finished kilt I made. You can see NorseKilt # 1 in this thread>>. After NorseKilt # 1 I started on a boxpleat kilt in the same tartan "Leslie modern hunting" wich I haven't finished yet, so this Nithsdale tartan kilt must be classified as my number two. I have also made three girls minikilts wich you can see here>>

    I have no tailor background. Before I started on my first kilt I could hardly sew on a button. It's a little bit of mathematics in constructing a kilt, so as I'm working as a accountant I may have some advantages.

    I can merely echo the others in saying you've done a fantastic job... you make kilt-making look easy, even though we all know it's not!

    And also, I really like the looks of that tartan. It has that old/historic/pre-Culloden look to it.
