BTW, our current head count is around 30, and we can only sear about 38, so please let me know soon.

More Detail Please...
The legend of your Burns Nicht Gathering has finally reached South Georgia, and I have a notion to make an appearance this year, possibly with enough Gregorach to finish out your quota.
Not having attended previous gatherings, though, could I get a little more idea of what the cost might be like? I'm sure it is reasonable, but in these economic times I'd like to have more to go on and also for my co-horts etc.
Much obliged,
Wesley

Will you be searing them in a pan or on the grill?

When given a choice, most people will choose.

Total cost is 20 bucks. Dinner and non-aocoholic drinks included.
You can run a bar tab if you like, or just drink water or tea--some do either.
I sure hope you can make it. Just let me know.

We sear 'em in a hot skillet before grilling 'em.

Much obliged, Mr Jim- very reasonable, indeed. If I can avoid the monthly Reality Cheque, we just might be a go. I'll be sure to let you know ASAP, whatever the case.

Hey Jim I'm planning to be there with a friend. I may try to avoid the searing however.
