Last sat we had to play for a students ceilidh in the city centre. I spent the day out with a good friend who had £600 to spend on an acoustic guitar. Its great spending someone elses money in music shops. I had arranged to meet the wife and the four girls in the band at the hall by us where we keep all our equipment and would load up the two cars. I arrived on time and the five of them had already started to load up. I was told quite frankly that I could not go to the gig looking the way I did. I was in my jeans. So I was ordered home to get me Cilt on. I returned 10min later to be told I was ready to roc n roll. Women .. they were all in their jeans!
Decided to put on my new lightweight sweatshirt the mrs bought me a week ago. She said the colour was more or less the same as part of mt st davids tartan.
It was a great ceilidh with 150 crazy students partying as they do ... Here is the sweatshirt.
