    Robert, thank you for the information about tian (the lovely vegetable dish). I tried this recipe and it was wonderful! Next time I'll make lots more and fill a rectangular dish with rows, rather than the fancy spiral shown in my link (which was a real pain).

    Great pictures, Robert! It would appear the Quaich has become used to the good life while enjoying it's time in the French Alps

    Q: Is there a list to get on to host the Quaich? We've got our Highland Games coming up in September and a Whisky tasting in October- I'd love to host the Quaich for one of these events, if possible.
