Handsome kilt and good-looking outfit. You wear it well. Congratulations!
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

    Re: My New Kilt

Congratulations! I love the Welsh tartans and Rocky did a great job with mine, too.

Hope this doesn't sound creepy--we need to see some leg! Maybe it's merely the angle of the pic, but the hose could stand to come down or the kilt up a bit.

Funny, I saw your pic on the WTC Facebook page right before coming to the forum. I predict the comments you'll receive here will be infinitely more informed and constructive!

Well done! Wear it often and with confidence!

By the way, what can you tell me about the belt? I've been looking for a good (but not too pricey) one or two prong kilt belt. Sometimes I'd just like to go without my shiny belt plate.

    LitTrog:

This is a 1.5 inch belt, from USA Kilts! http://www.usakilts.com/store/cart.p...ct_detail&p=14

The BEST part about it, it was only $8.00!

    LitTrog:

Not "creepy" at all! This was the first time wearing it. I had to adjust the buckles and belt, as it was "fitting" itself to me. In the picture, it's a combination of the angle of the picture, and shifting over so slightly.

    Thanks for your comments!

Congratulations! It looks good. Which model is it? Oh, and how about a pleat pic?

How about a non-shiny belt plate? I didn't want shiny either and went with an antique finish. It's a bit more subdued.

    About the belt:
You can get a really good leather belt at Lowe's or Home Depot or whatever store of that type is close to you.

    About the Evans kilt:
I like that tartan, but I, too, want to see the pleats.
