1- 8 1s cross Right Hand & cast 1 place, cross Left Hand & cast (Lady up & Man down) to meet 1st corners in prom hold
9-16 1s+1st corner dance ½ way round behind 2nd corner to 3rd corner while 2nd corners Advance + Retire, 1s turn Left Hand to meet 2nd corners in prom hold
17-24 1s dance with 2nd corner person ½ way round to 4th corner while 1st corners Advance + Retire, 1s turn Left Hand to face 1st corner (position)
25-32 1s dance ½ diagonal Reel of 4 with 1st corners & ½ Reel with 2nd corners to end on own sides 2nd place


A good (or maybe that should be bad) example of the virtues of 'keep on going'. Filmed from a slightly different angle, I got in part of the right hand set. They made mistakes, got it wrong, but went to where they were supposed to be and let the music catch up with them. Carry on regardless.

Last night's Dance Leader, stopped the music, sorted it all out and then re-started. Unfortunately the right hand set were no longer in the swing of things and made bigger mistakes and the set collapsed. Would they have learned more if they had just carried on and not stopped? - we will never know.
