Nick: Thanks for the link. I enjoyed all the pictures, though I have yet to see "the picture". It appears that everyone is having a splendid time. I assume Ms. Telford's sash is from the Strathearn No. 2 Modern tartan. In any case it looks very becoming.
Personally, I would have preferred to see Alison Diamond presenting the Dunbroch certificate to Mark Andrews. Nothing against the First Minister, of course, but Ms. Diamond seems like such a nice person in email exchanges that I would have loved to put her face to her name.
