Music Recommendations?
Ok guys,
So far I already have music from these bands:
Off Kilter
The Dubliners
The Real McKenzies
Floggin Molly
Fiddler´s Green
Red Hot Chilli Pipers
Rob Crabtree
Do you have any other recommendation that I can find in Itunes?
Is there any Rock-Celtic band? I liked Floggin Molly and Real McKenzies, but they are more like Punk-Celtic band
Thanks in advance
Omar

I like Gaelic Storm (they were the under-decks 'session' band in the movie Titanic). They do a mix of trad tunes with some of their own compositions. More or less a 'pub/session band', not necessarily rock. They have several CD's out, so I imagine they're on iTunes as well.
Other Celtic performers (maybe not rock) that may be on iTunes:
Seven Nations
Father, Son & Friends
Albannach
They perform at some of our regioanl Highland Games, so I don't know what kind of presence they have online.
(Personally, I don't have any i-anything - at least not yet).

I like Gordon Duncan
and, maybe a bit more modern, Martyn Bennett
Sadly, both of them are no longer with us.

Thank you John,
The problem is that here in Mexico we don´t have any Highland Games, I´m part of the St. Andrews Society Mexico, and we just have some family picnics, with some Highland Games, but nothing that big.
We just have a couple of bands "Celtic Accident" which are not longer together and Ogham, which are more classical celtic music (not the one you can hear in a Pub).
We also have the "Banda de Gaitas del Batallon de San Patricio" they do drums and pipes only
Thats why I´m looking for some Itunes stuff
Thanks for the recommendations

Well, Laddie, having just been in Edinburgh and visited Jamie's and watched their program, I now have a soft spot for Gordon Puttullo on the accordian and Gemma Donald on the violin. I know they both have cd's out and are available through Amazon. I don't know about iTunes, I don't use it. I picked up one of Gordon's cd's after the program and wish I'd have gotten the violin cd, too. That's my 2 centavos worth.

you might like triddana -- pipes and 80's ish rock from argentina (what if ronnie james dio had a piper). saor patrol, albannach, clanadonia--for a scottish folk sound. irish folk rock-neck, rumjacks. POGUES. bastards on parade (from spain). flatfoot 56. ok-for fun--ac/dc's long way to the top. another fun pipes, drums and didgeridoos band is wicked tinkers.
