    Guid on ye, Tyler!!!

Just so you don't feel too small, I want you to look at this...

    http://www.ironmind.com:8080/ironmin...and_Games.html

THEY all weigh 180-190 pounds. If you do some deadlifts and squats and bench presses and landmines...and keep doing some pylos and some running to keep your fast twitch muscle, and throw A WHOLE LOT and find some other kindred psycho to train with, YOU can throw like those guys. I'm dead serious. You have all the potential.

Hey, regarding landmines, most of the videos on YouTube show guys waggling the bar back and forth in front of them with their shoulders....waste of time. However, Bert Sorin knows his stuff, he's an NCAA collegiate hammer champion. Not only that but he develops exercise equipment for his family company, Sorinex. So check this out.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GAUsqWIA__g

Do ' em the way Bert does 'em at about 30 seconds in. BTW, those "pushes" he does at about 40 seconds are pretty good, too.

Out for a quick warm-up around the 'hood. Ow Ow Ow.

    Stretching

    Incline Press: 4x6x185, 3x10x155

    Bench 3x8x225

Overhead press 4x10x115 I used to do these seated with 145 lbs. Switched to standing to incorporate more core and balance work into it. Much more better. Harder, but better. I find I arch my back less, too.

Planning on changing up the order on the presses from workout to workout. Get fatigue hitting different muscles at different times.

Upright dumbell rows 4x65x8-10 alternating arms

    Floor core work

Thought I might go for a run last night. After the deadlifts in the morning, my legs were...dead. I had a pleasant walk, instead.

See? That's why I need this log--I get distracted too easily. Hey! Look! A squirrel!
An Elf. That's what you are! (one of a class of preternatural beings, especially from mountainous regions, with magical powers, given to capricious and often mischievous interference in human affairs.)
Looking forward to the progress reports sport.

Got to keep you humans off-balance, you know?

As off-balance as you are, how could you tell if we were?

    Consider me unbalanced. Cheers!

    Technically, I'm out-of-whack, not off-balance. A huge difference.

To answer your question: when I see you brewing tea from the toenail clippings you dug out of your neighbor's trash--figuratively, of course--that's when I know.

    Whoah. Somebody's got guns.

I could maybe do one of those...no way on this earth could I do all three in the same workout.

You mean make one? Ooo! How fun!

About your previous post--would you recommend NOT throwing all the presses into the same workout? It's what I've always done in the past when I was cycling into a heavy month (that sounds gross, but you know what I mean) except for the overhead press, the rep numbers suffer significantly by the last couple sets (benching 225 only 5 or 6 times for set 2 and 3, for instance.) The problem I forsee is getting proper rest periods in. Taking days off where I'm doing absolutely nothing feels good. Too good. Sometimes I decide to take another...
