If you do some deadlifts and squats and bench presses and landmines...and keep doing some pylos and some running to keep your fast twitch muscle, and throw A WHOLE LOT and find some other kindred psycho to train with, YOU can throw like those guys. I'm dead serious. You have all the potential.

Hey, regarding landmines, most of the videos on YouTube show guys waggling the bar back and forth in front of them with their shoulders....waste of time. However, Bert Sorin knows his stuff, he's an NCAA collegiate hammer champion. Not only that but he develops exercise equipment for his family company, Sorinex. So check this out.
