    Gunn MBP tank

    Xmarkers and visitors,

I've had this kilt for a couple of weeks and have run it through a good workout to try and get a good feel for it.I wear kilts almost everyday and I'll start with, this thing is the most comfortable kilt I own,one day I worked for 16+hrs in it and didn't feel weighed down at all.I went with Miss Bonnie for this kilt for a number of reasons, the first being that for an Military box pleat kilt she was recommended by two very respected kilt makers here on this forum who don't offer this type pleating. The second we all know about her service, quality and competitive prices. All in all I can't say enough about how great she is to have making your kilt and how happy I am with the result of the work she put in on my purchase.
Here is my Bonnie Heather Greene D.C. Dalgliesh 8yd 15oz Gunn reproduction military box pleat tank

Thank you Miss Bonnie for this kilt and to you all who are looking for a handsewn tank take a look towards Bonnie Greene you'll be very pleased you did.

    Sweet!

Congrats on the new kilt. And, I love that tartan. I, too, have one of Bonnie's kilts. Doesn't she do super work? Wear it with pride. Enjoy!

That's beautiful, Andy! As good as the Gunn looks in the pics, it's got to be one of my favorites in hand. That swatch you sent me is #1 or #2 on my kilt list.

Military Box Pleating...is that an actual box pleat, or is it actually a knife pleat folded over on itself?

you just HAD to go there...

I love Bonnie's work. I have two very special hand sewn kilts from her. Absolutely beautiful pieces of work and fit perfectly. That is a beautiful kilt. Thank you for sharing.

If I recall correctly from the experts on this forum, they are identical except that one is a mirror image of the other. So, if you want to know what you look like in the other, look in a mirror. Or, something like that.

Beautiful kilt by the way. You look relaxed and comfortable in it. Congratulations.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.
