Yup, apparently Ryan Ross isn't doing them right now, which makes me glad I have two of his. A third possibility might be Lamar Britt -- he makes the Ferguson Britt sporrans offered via the Scottish Tartans Museum. For the bonnets he makes, look here:

    ***! on Lamar Britt.
Workmanship is excellent. A very comfortable lid.

J Byous in Savannah: http://www.savannahkilts.com/Headwear2.html exhibits a variety of different headgear on their site. I got the summer wool balmoral a few years back, which is not quilted and is softer and "floppier" than a traditional balmoral (more like the old bonnets), but has grosgrain rosette for mounting a badge. They've got a "Jacobite Summer Balmoral" as well.
