Congratulations! I hope you have as much happiness and joy as my wife and I have had. It'll be 29 years in August. It's not always been easy but the good times out-weight the hard times.

May I join the list of well-wishers too - I'd like to? Congratulations KhensU to you and your good lady.

Mind you, you still have some way to go. My late partner and I were together for 36 gloriously happy years, but I've no doubt you will beat that.

    Take care,
    Ham.

3-cheers, KhensU.... and wishing you many many more. 28 years for me and my wife. I've now been married longer than I was single. Almost hard to remember back then.

    KhensU,

Wishing you and your wife many more years of happy
marriage. I can relate as my wife and I will be celebrating our 3rd anniversary
in October. I can say with all honesty they have been the best 3 years of
    my life.

On a side note I would like to say how proud I am to see such
marriage longevity on this board. In a world with an
    ever increasing fast food
mentality it does my heart good to see so many of you who have “keep the
faith”. You have to wonder if there is a connection between a long partnership
and kilt wearing. With an average of 16 years that I would say you guys
are doing something right. Way to go!

That's interesting Nelson, I wonder if we can draw a conclusion here that kiltwearing is an aid to a long and happy marraige?

I may not be much help with that, I've been married 26 years but only wearing kilts for about a year.
