    Blood Pudding Recipes

So over the last year I have been making my own sausages and I was wondering if anyone has made blood pudding. I have a good amount of experience in sausage making and have made all types but want advice on blood sausage. Any help and recipe would be awesome. Thanks!

Every European country I have been to has some form of blood sausage as well as a number of asian countries, that has been made since Adam was a boy. All have the basic essentials but vary with the spices/herbs used.

Yum! Especially with a proper, Scottish breakfast.

I was just in Edinburgh in October, and had black pudding daily for breakfast. Since coming home to Florida, I have been missing it greatly...
