    Purple Kilt hose and Modern Hunting Robertson?

    Hi all,

    What is your thoughts on mixing purple kilt hose with the Modern hunting Robertson tartan, and maybe complimenting this with so sort of purple neck tie and wearing a thistle

    Purple hose will be fine, I think maroon might be my choice though. Should you decide to go with purple hose, I honestly think that you may be better served with another colour choice for your tie. Why? It is easy to overdo a particular colour with kilt attire and when all said and done, purple is a noticeable colour.

    Black or brown if you're in tweeds or casually dressed but only black if you are formally dressed.
