I wouldn't call the jacket on the second man from the left a shade of brown unless the camera is telling lies. It looks very much like a shade of red tweed to me, somewhere between claret and burgundy. Certainly these are reds with brown in them but unless the photo isn't depicting it accurately, I can't see how that would be considered brown. Now the men in the rust (or perhaps russet) coloured jackets on either side of him, I'd be happy to call those jackets brown.
